Every Studio Lenzi print is made to order. When you place an order, your print goes into production at our professional print partner's facility closest to you, which keeps shipping fast and reduces waste.
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Delivery (United States): 3–7 business days after production
- Delivery (international): 5–15 business days after production
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your print ships. We ship worldwide from print facilities in the US, UK, and EU. Any customs duties on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Replacements
Damaged or defective prints are replaced free. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not right, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind? Because each print is made to order just for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on prints in original condition; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we'll refund the print price once it arrives back.
