Overview

This website and online store are operated by Studio Lenzi. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and your purchase of products from Studio Lenzi. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the store and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Products and artwork

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, dimensions, materials, and framing options accurately. Screen settings, lighting, cropping, paper texture, production methods, and other factors may cause reasonable differences between an on-screen image and the physical artwork. Dimensions and product details stated on the relevant product page control.

Availability, product descriptions, prices, and edition information may be changed before an order is accepted. Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee that a product will remain available.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or inability to deliver to the requested destination. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Prices and applicable charges are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing current and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Made-to-order production

Physical prints are produced specifically for each order by professional printing and fulfillment partners. Cancellation and return rights are therefore subject to the Return and Refund Policy. Production may begin shortly after checkout.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and are governed by the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other original content displayed through the store are owned by Studio Lenzi, Gaia Lenzi, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a physical print transfers ownership of that physical copy only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, tokenize, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or create derivative works from the artwork.

You may not use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the store's operation, scrape or harvest data without authorization, engage in fraud, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, analytics, production, fulfillment, and shipping. Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Studio Lenzi is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Lenzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products. Studio Lenzi's aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Studio Lenzi against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply where a customer resides remain unaffected.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
