Shipping Policy

Production

Studio Lenzi prints are made to order. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1–4 business days. Production times may vary by product, size, framing option, printing location, season, or order volume.

Estimated transit times

After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes:

  • United States: approximately 4–6 business days;

  • United Kingdom: approximately 2–3 business days;

  • European Union: approximately 5–7 business days;

  • Australia: approximately 2–5 business days; and

  • Other international destinations: approximately 10–15 business days.

Courier services generally take approximately 1–6 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Production time is additional. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, and remote destinations may cause delays.

Fulfillment locations and split shipments

We work with specialist printing partners in multiple locations and ordinarily route orders to an appropriate production facility. Items in the same order may sometimes be produced or shipped separately. If that occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available for the selected service and destination. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or dispatch has begun. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees. Unless collected at checkout or prohibited by applicable law, these charges are the recipient's responsibility. Customs delays are outside Studio Lenzi's control.

Delivery problems

If a shipment is substantially overdue, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact gaia.studiolenzi@gmail.com with your order number. For damage claims, retain the artwork and packaging and send clear photographs.
